Quick Slice Julienne Mandoline

Our newest mandoline has a double-edged, stainless steel blade so you can cut twice as fast. For stability and ease of use, we've given our mandoline a nonslip grip and feet, a notch for secure bowl rim perching, and a hand guard that doubles as a blade protector for storage. Blade cuts perfect 1/8-inch slices of just about anything from potatoes and carrots to citrus fruits.
